Boys' and Girls' Middle School Swim Teams
All students from the South Side middle schools, Norwalk middle school and Carlisle middle school are invited to join the Lincoln Middle School Swim Teams. Both include dual meets with other schools in Des Moines and provide kids with a sense of school pride.
Information concerning these teams is handed out at each middle school prior to the season starting. The cost is $40.00 to be part of the team and includes a team t-shirt.
The 2010 Girls' Middle School Season will begin in late October with the practice and meet schedules posted the first week of October.
The Boys' Middle School season starts in January. The practice and meet schedules will be posted in December.
We invite all kids to swim before the middle school season starts and after the shorter season ends, by joining our Lincoln Club team. The middle school fee is applied to the $100 Club cost. This allows middle school swimmers to participate in the Club swim meets, Middle School meets and includes the team t-shirt.
In other words, the total is only $100.00 to swim October through March!
The schedule for the middle school teams is the same as the club team. Future information about the 2010-11 middle school and club teams will be posted and emailed this fall.
