Team Gets Young, Needs Senior Leadership

The team has several returning state qualifiers including  Minge Song, Kelsey Edwards, Elizabeth Wierenga and Amber Shiffer to help lead the team to another successful season.

The 2010 Women's Team is getting a young rush of talent and numbers from a class of 11 entering Lincoln High School. This will be the biggest incoming class in Coach Weber's nine years at Lincoln. Pressure will be on the five seniors to lead this team in the right direction.

With the dedication and hard work each swimmer shows the sport of swimming and our team, we anticipate this year will be a great one! Every season, the girls put in tons of work so they can reap the rewards at the end. We plan to do it again, which would make it the 9^th consecutive season with girls attending the State Meet wearing Lincoln Rails colors!
